Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Colas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Process AP/AR invoices, create purchase orders, and code costs to the correct object accounts.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Two years' experience working in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Experience in a construction or electrical setting is an asset.
  • Experience in JD Edwards and/or SAP is an asset.
