**Pharmacy Manager Opportunity at London Drugs**
London Drugs is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead its pharmacy department, providing exceptional patient care and services in a community-oriented environment.
You'll experience a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you'll have the opportunity to:
* Provide professional leadership to the pharmacy department
* Ensure high standards of practice and exceptional patient services
* Hire, schedule, and train staff in the pharmacy department
* Collaborate with pharmacists to relieve routine tasks and focus on patient care
* Engage in patient counseling, monitor patient profiles, and perform drug usage reviews
* Participate in disease management and compliance programs
* Develop and implement community seminars and workshops
**Requirements:**
* Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience
* Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College
* Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business
* Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge
* Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
* Ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style
* Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure
* High level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
* Strong computer skills

**Compensation:**
$64.80 per hour
