Job Title: Delivery Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Team Lead to join our team at F & F Express Ltd. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to our sales team members to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop the skills of our delivery team members to ensure they have the necessary expertise to perform their duties.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payment requests for goods and services provided to our customers.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our delivery team to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Organize Inventory: Oversee the maintenance and organization of our inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Resolve Problems: Address customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and direct the activities of our delivery team to ensure seamless execution of our logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2-3 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a logistics or delivery environment is required.
  • English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Salary: $22.00/hour
