As a Service Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences through proactive network monitoring and troubleshooting.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network management, troubleshooting, and customer-centric focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Network Management**: Evaluate Performance Management, Configuration Management, and Optimization using Network Management OSS Tools.
  • **Troubleshooting**: Strong troubleshooting skills within a Fibre & Wireless RF/Baseband and ISP networking environment.
  • **Fixed Wireless**: Experience with Fixed Wireless CPE and connectivity, knowledge of RF, LTE, 5G or PTMP/PTP technology.
  • **IP Networking**: End-to-end understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, etc. with supporting capability to troubleshoot and isolate issues.
  • **Technical Skills**: Background in SNMP, HTTP, VLANs, Internet security software, VoIP, databases, email, and web servers.
  • **Reporting**: Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • **Education**: Relevant Diploma/Degree or a combination of practical work experience and education.
  • **Experience**: 5 years of networking experience in a computing environment.
  • **Background**: Experience in the operation of LAN and WAN environment, fixed wireless or service provider environment.
  • **Skills**: Understanding of Fibre networks and support, previous experience with point to multipoint wireless networks and/or VSAT networks with an ISP.
