  • Troubleshoot all aspects of HVAC in high-rise apartment buildings including condensing modulating boilers and variable-speed drives
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
  • Provide consistent monitoring of automation systems
  • Strong automation back ground
  • Willingness and ability to learn how to monitor and fine-tune buildings through our automation systems
  • Oversee HVAC-related mechanical projects
  • Maintain HVAC logs as required
  • Regularly update knowledge and skills through employer-sponsored educational programs
  • Comply with all safety code requirements Skills and Qualifications:
    • Gas license - G2 required - G1 is an asset
    • Excellent HVAC troubleshooting skills
    • Effective knowledge in HVAC automation systems is an asset
    • Refrigeration license (313A) is an asset.
    • Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in-person, over the phone and via e-mail. A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position, though the Company will provide any accommodation required by law.
