Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online grocery orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and pack online grocery orders with precision and care, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
  2. Efficiently assemble orders from various temperature areas, ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy.
  3. Correctly document and label all orders, interpreting and understanding documentation including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  4. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  5. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
