Grouse Mountain Events Coordinator

Are you a people person with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with children? We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Events Representative to join our team at Grouse Mountain's Peak of Christmas event.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and engaging experience.
- Assist in the operational responsibilities of Santa's Workshop and Elf Headquarters, including opening and closing, sign-up process, check-in, and flow of guests.
- Drive fundraising through promoting the sale of Santa photos.
- Support Santa during his breaks and en route to and from the workshop.
- Maintain a clean and organized break area/dressing room for Santa.
- Assist in the operational responsibilities of Elf Headquarters, including setting up and facilitating crafts, and ensuring craft supplies are tidy and stocked.
- Experience working with children and/or in a customer service role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience facilitating crafts is an asset.
- Must be personable, friendly, and outgoing with a positive attitude.
- High energy and strong work ethic.
- Able to spend long periods on feet and outside.
- Secondary language skills an asset (Spanish and Mandarin preferred).
- A competitive hourly rate of $21.57.
