Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless customer experiences across our brick-and-mortar stores and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and prepare online orders for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to adapt to changing business needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous retail experience
  • Entry-level computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
