About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our national HR Claims Team at Intact. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic consulting and coaching to executives and leadership teams, driving business outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to business partners, ensuring alignment with company strategies and values.
  • Facilitate investigations and provide coaching to resolve employee relation issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement employee engagement action plans, driving organizational transformation and growth.
  • Lead or participate in national and strategic HR projects, contributing to process improvement and HR excellence.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and information sessions to enhance leadership and employee skills.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Senior HR Consultant or HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical expertise in HR and employment legislation, with a strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
