Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Second Cook to join our culinary team at Casino Niagara. As a Second Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes to our guests
- Rotate and work in all stations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service
- Adhere to strict cleanliness standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve high-volume business levels
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions at our casino properties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a la carte cooking
- Experience using grills, deep fryer, stove, and flat top
- Certificate in Basic Food Preparation and Food Safe Handling
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent communication skills
