Assistant Department Manager Cosmetics

Seeking a customer-focused individual to assist in directing staff and maintaining merchandising, customer service, and operational standards in the cosmetics department.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Department Manager in directing staff to maintain high standards of customer service, merchandising, and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for performing management duties as required, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance.

- Provide quality service to customers in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Maintain knowledge of cosmetic products and stay up-to-date on new products and trends.
- Develop and implement creative displays and visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
We are looking for a well-organized individual with strong supervisory, delegation, and leadership skills, combined with professional sales experience and a positive attitude.
As a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, and must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, for day and evening shifts.
