Job Description

EMCO Waterworks/EMCO Aqueduc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management Development Program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a structured 4-phased program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a leadership role within our organization.

Program Overview

The Management Development Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, from shipping and receiving to customer service and sales. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced managers and team members to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Progress through our 4-phased program to learn every aspect of our business operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Grow a sales territory and provide world-class customer service
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership skills
Qualifications
  • University degree or college diploma in any discipline
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
