Admission/Registration/Scheduling Clerk

**Job Summary:**
Registration and bed assignment for internal and external clients, emergency response, patient and client support, scheduling and report printing for the Admissions Service.
**Job Description:**
The Admitting Department is seeking a permanent part-time employee to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Registering internal and external clients, assigning beds and monitoring emergency situations;
- Welcoming and directing patients, clients and the public;
- Providing telephone support and scheduling appointments;
- Printing reports related to the Admissions Service.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by a diploma in medical secretarial services or a post-secondary course in secretarial services with medical terminology;
- Good computer skills and knowledge of office software;
- Calm and flexible personality with excellent public and interpersonal relations;
- Ability to work in a team and independently;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
- Good work record and adherence to professional ethics and organizational values.
