Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Front End operations to ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed.
- Handle customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
- Monitor Front End associates, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance as needed.
- Provide training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, and safety.
- Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, and assist with error corrections, providing approvals and verifying processes to meet Company guidelines.
- Ensure EAS systems are functioning to standard, including Cashiers deactivating and Greeters handling issues appropriately.
- Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, and support cashiers by providing change as needed, while maintaining front end cash levels and supporting process audits.
- Oversee and promote all company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum rate of pay: $17.85
- Relevant experience
