We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to assist our client, a major Canadian Telecommunications company, at their Mississauga office (remote, with equipment pickup and orientation sessions in Mississauga office).



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Address and investigate any inquiries that require follow-up
  • Transfer requests to the appropriate departments
  • Cultivate and uphold client relationships with a focus on information confidentiality
  • Utilize call-tracking systems for inquiry documentation
  • Conduct data cleanup and assist with invoice preparation and delivery



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' customer service experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability to changing priorities in a competitive setting
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and independent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
