Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Site Manager in Waterloo, Ontario.

Title: Site Manager

Location: Waterloo, Ontario

Payrate: $28 - $30 per hour

Schedule:Mon to Fri - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full - Time

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Site Manager to oversee security operations at our site in Waterloo. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with excellent communication skills,the ability to handle crisis situations, and a customer-centric approach, able to manage a dynamic security team. If you have experience as a supervisor or team lead, enjoy patrolling, and can maintaina high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirement:

  • 5 plus years of verifiable employment history in Security field.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in security services.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivilant
  • Must be 25+ years of age due to company insurance requirements on vehicles
  • Must have 5 years of residency in Canada for site specific security clearance on the job posting.
  • A valid G license for obtaining required clearances
  • Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at site.
  • Must have a valid OntarioSecurity License.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
  • First Aid and CPR

Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations:Monitor client properties, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and interact with employees and clients in a professional manner.
  • Client Representative:Act as liaison between branch management and client representatives. Address any concerns about the security program provided by client feedback
  • Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all parties involved.
  • Reporting:Maintainaccurate security logs and incident reports; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with provincial and local security regulations. Ensure Ministry and company guidelines are always followed by security staff.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security personnel and client staff to maintain a secure environment.
  • Leadership: Be a leader for security staff on site, answering questions, taking the lead on urgent situations, empowering team morale.
