Job Title: Lot Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at 401 Auto. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify the receipt of vehicles delivered to the dealership and park them in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Compare the serial numbers of incoming vehicles against the invoice to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect vehicles to detect any damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Record any damages and missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Assign stock control numbers to vehicles and catalog and store keys.
  • Re-park vehicles after sales to maximize space and maintain a clean and organized lot.
  • Run errands for the dealership, such as picking up parts or customers.
  • Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush, or washing equipment and vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors.
  • Polish, dry, and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats, and exterior body.
  • Clean and protect vehicle interiors and exteriors, including wheels, tires, and wheel wells.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks, including the antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside the vehicle.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Valid G Driver's License.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (considered an asset).
  • Comfortable working outdoors.
