We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and components.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and hold a valid M1 & M2 AME license. They will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating maintenance, repair, and overhaul of all aircraft and components
  • Ensuring sufficient tools and equipment are available for maintenance and inspection functions
  • Supervising an assigned workforce and monitoring employee performance
  • Maintaining workshop and hangar facilities in a clean and orderly manner
  • Participating in resource discussions and recruitment processes

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, thorough knowledge of company aircraft and their related systems, and the ability to plan and organize work processes to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
