This role is entry-level and offers a maximum annual salary of $45,000, based on experience and qualifications.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Review, respond, and compose email communications on behalf of yourself or others.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, and provide support leading up to or during these when necessary.
  • Serve as the main communication point for those you assist.
  • Establish and manage filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Define and uphold office procedures.
  • Input and compile data, statistics, and other information to aid projects.
  • Assist with various general administrative tasks like reminders, scheduling, organizing outings, follow-ups, and more.
  • Create proposals and supporting documents.
  • Input or manage data in different tech platforms and proprietary systems.
  • Distribute reports, agendas, communications, notifications, etc.
  • Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a related role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • High school diploma; a BSc/BA in office administration or a related field is preferred.
