Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and have a strong ability to analyze market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and secure sales for SaskTel through client-generated leads.
  • Process new orders for SaskTel internet, cable, landline, and security plans.
  • Attend daily team meetings and developmental workshops.
  • Identify client-specific needs and address them accordingly.
  • Present yourself with good character, principle, and empathy as the face of SaskTel.
  • Acquire the ability to connect with quality people and build relationships.
  • Provide top-quality customer experience as a SaskTel brand ambassador.
  • Drive business growth through proactive sales strategies.
  • Conduct outside sales visits to promote products or services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology sales and ability to effectively market technical products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in outside sales is preferred but not required.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour.
  • Commission pay.
  • Company events and on-site parking.
  • Flexible language requirement: French not required.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Regina, SK.
