Bilingualism is required as this is a collaborative role at the national level and the candidate will be handling and following up on various requests from clients and third parties who only understand and communicate in English. As a Bilingual Total Rewards Analyst, you will be:

  • Monitoring and owning the Service Now ticket system and the HR Services email inbox and answering inquiries while coordinating with the colleagues withing the HR Department.
  • Follow up on more complex questions and requests related to the various programs offered by the firm. If necessary, contact the member of the firm directly or liaise with the supplier or insurer concerned to ensure resolution of the problem and inform the member of the firm subsequently.
  • Create and maintain scripts for the Service Now ticket system and the HR Services mailbox.
  • Verify the accuracy of supplier invoices for group insurance coverage. Coordinate group insurance invoicing within prescribed deadlines and reconcile with payroll and accounting entries, particularly for taxable benefits.
  • Perform bi-weekly and monthly data validation between the insurer and the payroll system and partner's distribution to ensure accuracy.
  • When necessary, work closely with team members to make necessary changes to the system and to our suppliers.
  • Ensure the accessibility and accuracy of benefits information in documentation provided to firm members (espresso and official documents).
  • Focusing on continuous innovation; utilizing analytical tools to provide data driven insights and providing recommendations to management team regarding procedural enhancements.
  • Support the center of expertise team members for all benefits-related requests from all firm members, as well as retirees;
  • Provide support to firm members regarding the interpretation and execution of policies and procedures related to total rewards programs;
  • Participate in the optimization and documentation of payroll and benefits processes and generate new ideas for improving processes, procedures, and tools;
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly data used for the total rewards expertise center statistics and, based on these results, suggest improvements to existing processes and programs;
  • Support the Manager, Total Rewards, in daily activities and annual processes related to insurance, retirement plans, and all other benefits;
  • Support the members of the expertise center for any other requests or projects of the expertise center.

As our ideal candidate, you will distinguish yourself by the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or human resources.
  • Two years of experience in a similar role related to HR analysis and benefits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel at an intermediate/advanced level (functions such as VLOOKUP, PowerPivot, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Canadian laws, regulations, and programs related to benefits (asset).
  • Data presentation and data validation between multiple data sets.
  • Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and a sense of urgency.
  • Thoroughness, precision, analytical and synthetic mindset and ability to optimize processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously, while demonstrating great flexibility and adaptability to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), both spoken and written.
