**Senior Clinician Job Opportunity**

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinician to join our Children & Youth Mental Health team in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in clinical service provision.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a Senior Clinician to join our team in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will work closely with front-line clinicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and support while consistently practicing at college standards. You will also be responsible for:

* Maintaining a clinical caseload and providing coaching and mentorship to assigned clinicians
* Adhering to college standards and keeping current with legislative changes
* Modeling evidence-informed practices and supporting waitlist management activities
* Responding to general intake, wait list, and program inquiries
* Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues through mentoring and coaching
* Participating in the interview process and supporting recruitment and retention activities
* Promoting a collaborative team culture and encouraging work/life balance
* Identifying professional development needs and supporting achievement of same
* Contributing to the development of best practice guidelines
* Supporting research initiatives as appropriate
* Leading orientation process for new staff and students
* Facilitating student placement and observation requests

**Requirements**

* Master's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education or experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical service provision in field of expertise
* Progressive experience in leadership and/or clinical supervision preferred
* Exceptional communication skills, diplomacy, and good judgement
* LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt is preferred
