We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a high level of quality and service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Restock linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
