• Grow business and exceed sales targets from clients or potential clients that are identified while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure we exceed in our customer satisfaction ratings


• Assist in uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities


• Achieve weekly face to face sales calls targets and ensure that all appointments, contacts and opportunities are logged into our client relationship management database


• Work with Sales Leaders to develop sales strategy and continue to grow by participating in training, coaching and learning opportunities.


• Manage expenses per NCS & FCT's guidelines

Here's what you'll bring:


• University degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in Legal or Business


• Minimum 8 years of legal and/or commercial real estate experience


• Aggressive business development experience in a business to business sales environment


• Proven ability in building and maintaining successful client relationships


• Confident ability to make sound business decisions and ensures best practices


• Knowledge of purchasing and financing commercial real estate an asset
