Director, Learning and Development

CSA Group seeks a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of global learning initiatives, driving a culture of performance and growth.
Job Description:The Director, Learning and Development will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals. This includes designing, developing, and delivering leadership, management, and talent development programs, as well as coaching senior leaders and top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global learning strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver leadership, management, and talent development programs.
- Coach senior leaders and top talent to drive performance and growth.
- Oversee the learning management system, including mandatory online compliance trainings.
- Source, design, coordinate, and facilitate CSA Academy programs.
- Remain current and informed on trends and innovations in organizational design.
- Introduce best practices, tools, and methods to support the organization's strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the VP, Talent and Career Development on initiatives supporting employee career growth.
- Provide consultation, diagnosis, and resources in the areas of problem-solving and solutions for learning and development.
- University degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant learning and development experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Advanced level presentation/facilitation skills.
- Certified Human Resources Leader experience in adult education, particularly in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in effective people management, including coaching, motivating, and development planning.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Advanced consulting skills and a true customer service orientation towards internal clients.
- Deep understanding of multiple learning delivery methods.
- Able to establish strong personal credibility and build client relationships throughout the organization.
