**Job Description:**

As Supervisor, Compensation and HRIS, you will be responsible for:

• Managing HR master file records, benefits, pensions, and statistics
• Developing and adapting business processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Providing specialized expertise, advice, and recommendations to the leadership team
• Supervising a team of HRIS Analysts and clerical staff
• Mentoring and training staff on employee records, benefits, and HR systems
• Interpreting and administering policies, collective agreements, and procedures
• Ensuring quality control and consistency in policy application
• Maintaining automated systems and data for People and Culture department activities
• Preparing and validating complex statistical and costing information

**Requirements:**

• Degree in human resources or a related field
• Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred
• Thorough knowledge of an integrated HR/PAY system, preferably SAP
• Strong technical aptitude and advanced skills in office computer applications and HR/Pay systems
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement processes and services
• Superior communication skills and ability to establish effective working relationships
