Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Laundry Attendant to join our team at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. As a key member of our resort's hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and load/unload towels and bedding for two resort hotels
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, responding to requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Support housekeeping operations as needed, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the resort

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is an asset, but we will provide training for the right candidate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform strenuous labor
  • Reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic
