Customer Service Representative

About Us

Centric Brands is a leading lifestyle brand collective that designs, sources, markets, and sells high-quality products in the Kids, Men's and Women's apparel, Accessories, Beauty, and Entertainment categories.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Research and investigate all claims submitted through head office
  • Issue and process all RA's given to accounts
  • Validate whether RA/RTV to be issued and prepare documentation for all Divisions
  • Keep open communication and educate reps/Division heads on all issues regarding accounts
  • CC payment captures
  • Document all complaints and resolutions by dates per account, along with any conversation which took place with customers
  • Follow through with all steps to solve customer problems in a quick and efficient manner
  • Communicate all changes made to accounts through TSG group
  • Communicate all claims for shortages and/or price differences to chargeback team
  • Complete necessary sales Approval forms against Claims received
  • Contact all representatives on customer refused orders returned to warehouse
  • Enter Buys into In- house system for each selling Season
  • Advise and/or investigate with respective design depts for customer claims on fit and/or quality issues
  • Troubleshoot any system issues related to B2B platform
  • Ensure all orders dropped into system from selling platforms
Requirements:
  • Proactive attitude; Resourceful, Responsible
  • Highly motivated, Creative and Enthusiastic
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in retail, sales or merchandising
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel (able to complete formulas)
