Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our online order fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and assemble online orders from various temperature areas with precision and care to meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring that all products are correctly identified, quantified, and labeled.
  • Ensure that all products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged or expired items.
  • Document and label all orders correctly, using your knowledge of pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining our quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are preferred but not required:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
