We are looking to fill the position of Hotel Laundry Attendant at Fernie Alpine Resort. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be physically capable, and have excellent customer service skills. You Will:

Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staffStandard laundry service for two resort hotels - sort, wash, dry, fold, load, and unload towels and beddingHousekeeping support upon requestFollow departmental policies, procedures, and service standardsMeeting guest requests in a timely and friendly manner to ensure the highest level of service and guest experienceProvide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managersAdhere to RCR Policy, Employee Handbook, and Safety Management ProgramOther assigned duties as requested by management You Have: Past experience is an asset but not required, we will trainAbility to work independently and cooperatively in a team environmentReliable and responsible with a customer service orientationPhysically capable of lifting heavy loads and strenuous labor *Please note that set days of employment cannot be guaranteed. Schedules will be set as per business level needs.
