Performance Requirements & Expectations:
  • Processing and completing orders in accordance with daily production schedule
  • Working with various departments to ensure projects are completed within a timely manner
  • Operation of Milling machines
  • Tool Management
  • Quality control of digitally manufactured dental products from the milling department
  • Oversee and perform daily preventative maintenance
  • Monday-Friday, evening shift 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  • 4-6 week training during the day 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Quality control of digitally manufactured dental products
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Adaptable, positive, friendly, with a great attitude
  • Excellent work ethic with strong attention to detail
  • Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize under time-sensitive dead lines
  • Technical computer knowledge
  • Previous experience in production facility operations
  • Understanding of application of tooling and fixtures
  • Customer Service and production management experience is an asset
  • Previous Dental laboratory experience/education is an asset
  • Must be flexible with schedule to accommodate continuation of production in a 24 hour facility
