Position Summary

We are seeking 3 Scaffolder Journeypersons for resourcing scaffold work in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will report to the site supervisor.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site.
  • Ensuring a stable base for scaffolding.
  • Erecting scaffolding poles.
  • Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures.
  • Laying planks for workers to walk on.
  • Fixing guard rails and safety netting.
  • Calculating weight of materials and/or spools to ensure proper equipment is used.
  • Complying with ONEC's and client safety policies and procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with scaffolding preferred (Journeyperson & Foreman ONLY).
  • D&A testing is mandatory
  • 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • CSTS 2020, WHMIS 2015, ESC H2S Alive, ESC Fall Protection.
  • Must be capable of physical labour.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet quality standards.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
