  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the President, the successful candidate should have excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of metal processing and fabrication.
  • Analyze blueprints and prepare estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
  • Assist in developing tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in cost estimation.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Follow all quality, customer, and company standards and regulations.
  • Adhere to safety policies and instructions.
  • Qualifications, Experience, Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least five years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Aerospace machining processes is advantageous.
  • AutoCAD experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machining operations and bill of materials (BOM).
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basic security clearance (Controlled Goods Program).
  • Own steel toe safety shoes.
