**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resident Services Representative, responsible for ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our residents, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Boardwalk is a leading provider of quality rental apartments and townhouses, operating over 33,000 units across Canada. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and welcoming living experience for our residents, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents
  • Live on-site and be available to respond to all on-call needs outside of regular business hours
  • Collect rent and follow up on defaults
  • Minimize vacancies and meet or exceed budget targets by providing exceptional resident service
  • Conduct inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
  • Lease and show suites
  • Ensure all rental inquiries are answered within guidelines
  • Prepare and deliver bank deposits
  • Perform administrative duties, including processing paperwork
  • Ensure contractors arrive on schedule and complete work as per contract
  • Manage inventory and perform snow removal, cleaning, and touch-up painting as required
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Leader

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Computer experience with web-based programs preferred
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
  • Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
