Job Summary:
Merchandiser Retail Team Lead is responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.
Job Description:
The Merchandiser Retail Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Implementing customer-approved schematics and planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management.
- Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Completing accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Building and maintaining relationships with store management and assigned merchandisers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
- Previous retail experience.
- Strong self-management skills.
- Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
- Good judgment and respect for others.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing/being on feet for up to 8 hours.
- Lifting up to 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable working with smart phone technology.
