The Accounting & Finance Team provides oversight, direction, and support in all aspects of accounting at The Calgary Airport Authority. This team works closely and collaboratively with both internal and external partners in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.

The Calgary Airport Authority manages and operates YYC Calgary International Airport and YBW Springbank Airport. We collaborate with many partners who make up YYC, from airlines to government agencies and retail outlets.
As an Accounting Co-op Student, you will work closely with the Assistant Controller, Accounting and Finance, to provide support in the following areas:
- Filing and processing account transactions
- Account reconciliations
- Special projects
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with AR and AP invoicing and disbursements
- Assisting with month-end closings and reconciliations
- Assisting with the capital asset cycle and/or capital program
- Working process analysis and documentation
- Filing and special projects
Requirements:
- Pursuing a post-secondary education in a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive problem solver with a desire to achieve results
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic
- A passion for building and maintaining good working relationships
