Job Details:
- Position: Temporary Part Time
- Department: Nursing
- Type: Temporary Part Time
- FTE: 0.5
- Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8.5 hours per 6 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and promote health and healing as a member of the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
- Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
