Job DescriptionThe Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in delivering Assent's Professional Services, working closely with customers to define and execute project plans from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the initial onboarding process, understanding client goals, business, and data to ensure quality product configuration.
- Partnering with Customer Success to align customer data setup and program configuration with desired outcomes.
- Building confidence and trust with clients using project management methodologies and deliverables.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned client organizations.
- Managing processes and procedures for activities covering provisioning, setup, data load, build, test, and deployment of customer systems.
- Conducting data discovery and implementation workshops to ensure optimized data implementation.
- Proactively identifying data risks and collaborating with internal teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Inputting and maintaining designated business systems tools with up-to-date statuses, communications, and correspondence.
- Working closely with cross-functional Assent teams to develop and enhance best-in-class processes and procedures.
- Consulting with clients on program direction and using Assent's internal resources to respond to client queries.
- Staying informed and up-to-date with product releases and regulatory updates to best support Assent's clients.
- Serving as a friendly and professional frontline contact with Assent's clients.
- Familiarizing yourself with corporate security policies and following Assent's processes and procedures.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
- A University, College, and/or Post Graduate Certificate in a related area of study or equal working experience.
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in customer success, project management, and/or consulting roles.
- Working knowledge of consultative customer management and/or project management roles.
- Experience working in a technology/SaaS and/or Professional Services organization considered an asset.
- Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stable relationships in a collaborative environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and report complex datasets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute on several asks for multiple client accounts and internal stakeholders.
- An insatiable thirst for knowledge, with a motivation to learn and stay up-to-date with changing regulations.
- Maturity, poise, and professionalism, with emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Intellectual curiosity, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.
