OCM Lead for HR Systems

We are seeking a seasoned OCM (Organizational Change Management) HR Systems Lead to drive the successful implementation of our global HR Systems. As the OCM HR Systems Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, including training and communication plans, to ensure a seamless transition for our employees.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute a change management strategy to support the adoption of our HR Systems, including training and communication plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as HR teams, IT teams, and business leaders, to understand their needs and concerns regarding HR systems changes and communications.
- Create and implement change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, stakeholder engagement, and transition plans.
- Develop and deliver effective communication materials to facilitate understanding and adoption of HR systems.
- Provide end-user training and develop and maintain effective and easy-to-use training materials.
- Lead the development and execution of a training strategy and effective training programs, ensuring employees are equipped to use HR platforms effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to support users in adapting to the new HR systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in OCM and HR systems, bringing innovative approaches to drive successful change initiatives.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in managing organizational change initiatives, particularly related to HR systems or technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of OCM principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as Workday, Dayforce, SAP.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in adult education or corporate training.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
