Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, specifically in Tim Hortons management.

Job SummaryCollaborate with the Manager on duty to oversee associates in the food service sector, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Shift Managers in managing multiple food service units.
- Supervise menu item production, oversee cash assessments, handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
- Aid the Shift Manager in addressing labor relations matters, prepare weekly reports on inventories, sales, labor, and food costs.
- Interact positively with café patrons, promptly resolving any concerns they may have.
- Ensure strict adherence to Compass' Quality Assurance, Health and Safety Program, as well as WHMIS regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, provide WHMIS training for all staff, and report any incidents to headquarters promptly.
- Guarantee compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines during food preparation.
