Site Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, client satisfaction, and financial performance of parking facilities.

The Reimagined Parking family of nationally recognized brands is the world's leading tech-powered, people-driven parking solutions provider. Our workforce of 8,000 manages 3,400 high-density parking facilities across 500 North American cities, generating 34 million digital transactions annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with property managers and respond to all requests and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by responding and handling client requests and resolving all issues in a timely fashion.
  • Review daily reporting to ensure accuracy and ensure timely delivery of all required reports.
  • Manage tenant accounts, including reconciling, auditing, and updating parking accounts.
  • Oversee the sale of monthly parking permits and ensure adherence to revenue policy and procedure.
  • Audit card access to ensure operations are properly locking out unpaid accounts.
  • Investigate and report any discrepancies between parkade access system and MPS Core.
  • Manage office administration, including ordering supplies and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement staff training and succession planning.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling and ensuring all staff information is correct.
  • Ensure compliance with property management and Impark audit standards.
  • Review and maintain the physical condition of parking facilities, including landscaping, signage, and equipment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow between Account Manager and Impark operations team.
  • Identify and eliminate factors causing deficiencies in lot performance.
  • Review and analyze revenue and profit reports to ensure financial performance reflects company goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of staff as required.
  • Ensure safe operation of parking facilities and manage incident reports and damage claims.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in account management and revenue collection.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
