Job Title: Sales Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Associate to join our team at London Drugs. As a Sales Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and handling customer returns
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
