Responsibilities

  • Provide customs technical support
  • Maintain client database
  • Reducing noncompliance to reduce transactional errors
  • Resolving related issues
  • Auditing
  • Reviewing all customs documents
  • Quality Control: Review each transaction prior to electronic submission.
Research products to determine proper pricing.

  • Ensuring accuracy of information
  • Set up and release of assigned account shipments
  • Dealing with CBSA and handling all clearances
  • Arranging for payments
  • Other related tasks
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customs
  • CSS certificate is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous, resourceful
  • Advanced English with a functional French
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organization skills, communication, problemsolving, decisionmaking, teamwork, and analytical skills.
