This role is instrumental in managing and guiding the operations of the Loan Administration department, overseeing daily functions, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to Loan Administrators.
  • Act as a "Deal Administrator" for the setup of new deals/facilities in Loan IQ.
  • Be actively involved in the analysis and testing of the Loan IQ application.
  • Ensure operational processes are carried out accurately and in line with company policies.
  • Conduct and support department audits.
  • Verify that all customer loan applications and transactions comply with policy and procedure.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • At least 10 years of previous related corporate banking lending experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Loan IQ is essential.
  • Strong background in loan accounting.
  • Experience with treasury products is advantageous.
