About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Inspector - Quality Assurance to join our team at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical assemblies, subassemblies, and components meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical assemblies, subassemblies, and components to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Identify and document non-conforming parts, and initiate the process to disposition such findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and manufacturing, to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company quality management systems, including procedures and processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality control and assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical metrology instruments and calibration methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as TIPQA.
  • Knowledge of IPC J-STD-001/A-610 standards.
  • Business system experience, including Oracle.
