Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at River Oaks Dental. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing clinical support to our dentists and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Chairside Assisting: Assist dentists with clinical procedures, including knowledge of instrumentation and infection control protocols.
- Patient Relationships: Establish strong relationships with patients, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical behavior.
- Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms according to infection control and practice protocols for each patient.
- Practice Health and Safety: Maintain a thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Registration and Certification: Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association.
- Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
