Farm Labour Supervisor

Join our team as a Farm Labour Supervisor and play a key role in the success of our farm operations.

Job Details
  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • $24.00 hourly
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise farm workers to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Assist with growing and other crop-related operations to maintain high-quality produce
  • Train and develop farm workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with farm safety and food safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality control
  • Perform general farm duties as required
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools
Requirements
  • College or diploma program in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years' experience in a greenhouse environment
Physical Abilities
  • Able to lift heavy materials (up to 23 kg/50lbs)
  • Able to climb and stand for extended periods
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 25C)
  • Able to bend, twist, stretch, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
