System Integration/test Engineer Senior-multi Link

About the role
Perform various levels of Multi Link integration and system testing, including Integration, functional, and system tests.These activities include:
- Developing Multi Link test procedures that will verify the integration and functionality of the Combat Management System (CMS). This will include Land Based Test Site (LBTS) and Shipboard tests
- Supporting the system integration and test lead engineer in the integration of various subsystems
- Performing fault isolation of subsystem faults that impact the integration and testing of assigned systems
- Conducting tests, ensuring all data is recorded in Lockheed Martin Test Management System
- Document, asses and test deficiencies
- Work with minimum supervision and follow common company processes.
- Perform various levels of Multi Link integration and system testing, including Integration, functional, and system tests
What you bring to the role
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience as a Combat System operator
- Minimum years of relevant professional experience with Multi-Link subsystems (Link-16/Link-22/ Joint Range Extension Application Protocol (JREAP))
- Must be willing to support schedule environment including evenings and weekends as required
- Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
- Have a high degree of initiative and autonomy
- Have a high learning ability
- Must be able to obtain a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret level security Clearance
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
- Have excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical members of the engineering/management staff and personnel assigned to related work
- Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic environment.
Additional skills desired for the role
- Experience with Agile methods
- Experience with Military Naval domain and Operations
- Experience with Sensors, Weapons or Ship integration
- Advanced organizational skills
- Work experience with Naval Fleet School (NFS), Canadian Forces Maritime Warfare Centre (CFMWC), or Multi-Link Support Centre East (MLSC (E))
- Hold a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO), Tactical Data Link (TDL) 400 or Multi-Link Planner (TDL300 qualification)
- Experience with CINEMA or Combat System Integrator (CSI) planning tools
- Work well individually or in a team environment
- Experience with Naval Tactical Picture/Surface Operations.
- Technical writing skills
