Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté de l'industrie des services alimentaires, passionné par la création d'expériences culinaires mémorables et la gestion d'une équipe de service performante pour un concept innovant de hall alimentaire dans le nouveau développement Royalmount.
En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de direction, vous travaillerez avec le Directeur Général et les autres membres de la direction pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes du hall alimentaire Le Fou Fou. Cela inclut :
- Le soutien pratique de l'équipe de service, de l'équipe de travail contractuelle, du processus de ramassage et de livraison, du service à table, et de notre collection de vendeurs de hall alimentaire de classe mondiale.
- La mise en œuvre des normes de sécurité et de sanitation.
- La supervision de l'expérience globale des invités au sein du hall alimentaire.

Les responsabilités clés de ce poste incluent :
- Anticiper et dépasser les besoins des invités pendant votre quart de travail.
- Revoir et garantir l'exécution des normes de service de l'équipe du bar, des ambassadeurs/coureurs de nourriture, des busboys et du personnel de la plonge.
- Surveiller continuellement l'activité quotidienne dans le marché pour offrir une expérience culinaire amicale, efficace et mémorable.
- Surveiller la satisfaction des invités à tous les niveaux – interagir avec les invités pendant leur visite pour vérifier leur satisfaction et leur expérience de service.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable marketing et l'équipe des relations publiques pour soutenir les efforts de marketing, les événements et les activations au sein du hall alimentaire.
Les compétences requises pour ce poste incluent :
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, rester organisé, gérer divers projets en même temps, diriger les autres, déléguer.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement et avec assurance en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, avec le personnel, les clients et le public.
- Capacité à parler couramment aux invités concernant la nourriture, les boissons et le concept global.
- Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes.

Le poste est à temps plein, avec un horaire de 8 heures, du lundi au vendredi, avec des quartiers de jour, de soir et de matin, ainsi que des fins de semaine et des jours fériés.
