Registered Nurse A position available in Pediatric Nursing Unit at Prince Albert Hospital, providing comprehensive client-centered care with a high standard of patient care.

The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. As a member of the Nursing Department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client-centered care.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive client-centered care
• Provide high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region
• Work collaboratively with the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR) and Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK

• Part-time temporary position
• Hours of work: 9 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks rotation
• May be reduced during statutory holidays

• Pay Band Nurse A: $38.580 to $50.070
